Department Mission

1. To provide quality education in the area of Electronics and Communication Engineering, for producing innovative and ethically driven professionals adept at dealing with a globally competitive environment, for the welfare of the nation.
2. To inculcate inquisitiveness in young graduates thereby persuading them to undertake research in emerging areas of Electronics and Communication Engineering.

  • The department has a good library which is supported by the alumni. They contribute books and also provide financial assistance for journals. In memory of Late Ajith Binny, our former student, the ‘Ajith Binny Memorial Book Bank’ instituted by his parents and the 1999-2003 Batch is one such effort.
  • Seminar Hall – fully air-conditioned with a maximum seating capacity of 100. Equipped with state of the art LCD Projector, PA System etc.
