KTU S1 & S3 Supplementary Exams – Last date 27/06/2017

Registration for the B.Tech Supplementary Exam scheduled between June 30 and July 10 is now open in the KTU e-Gov Portal. Students are requested to submit the registration and present the fee slip at the college for making the fee payment.Students are requested to remit the fee of Rs. 200/- per paper on 27/06/2017. Last date is 27th June 2017

Hostel Admission 2017 – Selection List

The Selection list is published herewith after validating the complaints. All selected students should take Hostel admission (subject to verification) as per the  schedule. College bus

There are 4 Buses including one donated by the College PTA and a Jeep are on service to reduce the transport problems of students and staff of this institution. These service are very much helpful to the students and staff for their journey to and from the college and various industrial visits in connection with the curriculum. The students are issued identity cum Bus Pass during the admission process.

Library

The library has more than 80,000+ books in 50000+ titles and back volume Journals. It is fully automated and Online Public Access Catalogue (OPAC) is available to students and staff. The Central library will remain open from 10 AM to 5 PM on all working days. For part time students the function on Wednesdays is up to 6 PM.

Sports

Gect believes ‘Sports’ plays an inevitable part in enhancing ones character by making him/ her immensely disciplined, dutiful and ambitious. We train our students to stay fit by engaging them in various sports activities of their desire. The college has carved a name for their performances in sports events as they have won a large number of competitions across the nations

College Hostel

The college has four Hostel Blocks for Men and two Hostel Blocks for women students with capacity 690 and 160 respectively. These hostels have separate establishments and are headed by the warden assisted by Resident Tutors. They are the admitting authority. Prof. T.M. Sudersanan is the warden. Messes are run on dividing system and there is provision for vegetarian and non- vegetarian messes.

The theme of Diamond Jubilee Celebration is Society, Environment and Energy

The logos should be in the format JPEG/PSD (Photoshop)

Name / Identification / Watermarks should not be included in the Logo and Concept Sheet

Cash prize will be awarded for the selected logo

Logo and Concept sheet should be submitted along with Concept sheet to jubileecommittee@gectcr.ac.in on or before 04.00PM, 31/03/2017
