Distinguished Alumnus Award

The Distinguished Alumnus Award is the highest award given by Government Engineering college, Thrissur to its alumni in recognition of their outstanding achievements. Commencing with the Diamond Jubilee of the College during 2017, every year the Institute plans to honour individuals who have made a mark in their respective fields of expertise.

Nominations can be made for outstanding achievements in various pursuits under the following categories:

• Academic Excellence
• Professional Excellence
• Entrepreneurship & Management

Any other activity pertaining to the service of humanity at large

The Evaluation Committee for the Award, will be approved by the Board of Governors of and finalized in September 2016.

Nominations along with a detailed account of contributions made in the chosen area of activity will be called for soon after.
