B.Tech Spot Admission 30/11/2022
- The spot admission to the vacant seats in Govt. Engg. College Thrissur will be held on 30/11/2022 as per the norms of CEE Kerala.
- The candidates have to report at the Gloria Gopi Hall (Western Amphi, Main Block) of GEC Thrissur and register for the process. The registration will be allowed from 9.00 am to 11.00 am only on the day of spot admission.
- Candidates should bring all the required certificates in original as per the KEAM 2022 prospectus Section 11.7.1
- If the candidate is not able to appear in person, the Authorization Letter produced should be in the exact format as prescribed by the KEAM 2022 prospectus Annexure XIX.
- The admitted candidates should remit the fee of Rs.9650/- (Nine Thousand Six Hundred and Fifty only) at the institute on the same day. In addition to this, the college PTA fund, Co-op Society membership fee etc(Total Rs.9000/- Rupees Nine Thousand only)are to be paid extra on the same day.
- Candidates who are already admitted to any of the Engineering Colleges should bring their Admission Slip obtained from the college.
- Candidates who are already admitted to self-financing colleges(other than Govt/Aided) based on earlier allotments should bring the No Objection Certificate(NOC), (Sample format is attached) specifying that the institute has no objection to the candidate participating the spot admission process and that in the event of candidate getting a selection, the institute is willing to issue the TC to the candidate.

B.Tech Mop Up allotment published in the CEE Portal. Candidate who allotment at GEC Thrissur should report college for admission on 21st or 22nd before 4PM. Before reporting to college they have to Register in college portal and bring the proforma generated after registration.
Candidates who got allotment as a Mop up to GEC Thrissur from other colleges should collect their TFS and documents from the previously joined college and report GEC Thrissur within the stipulated time (before 22/10/2022 4.00PM).
Candidates who joined GEC Thrissur and got higher option to another college in the Mop Up allotment, should collect Transfer Fecilitation Slip ( TFS ) from GEC Thrissur and should join the allotted college.

TFS for the students who got higher option in other colleges will be available from 2.00PM on 21/10/2022.
Those who are coming from other college has to collect their TFS from the existing college and report GEC within the stipulated time.
Candidates who got allotment to a different course in the same institution, need not appear for admission again.

As per below given notification, a special allotment to the vacant seats is scheduled 0n 19/10/2022. New option registration is now open in candidate portal of LBS Website on 17th and 18th. No need to report college till further allotment and schedule publshed.

B Tech 3rd Phase Allotment and Admision
B.Tech 3rd Phase allotment has been published in the CEE Portal.

Candidates who got allotment, should take a printout of the Allotment Memo from the Portal. The Allotment Memo available in this phase will not be available later. Hence, candidate shall have to keep copy of the Allotment Memo and Data Sheet for KTU registration purpose.
Candidates who got allotment as a higher option to GEC Thrissur from other colleges should collect their TFS and documents from the previously joined college and report GEC Thrissur within the stipulated time (17/10/2022 to 19/10/2022 3.00PM).
Candidates who joined GEC Thrissur and got higher option to another college in the 3rd allotment, should collect Transfer Fecilitation Slip ( TFS ) from GEC Thrissur and should join the allotted college.
TFS and documents can be collected from college office on Sunday 16/10/2022 between 10AM to 3 PM.
The same will be available on Monday also.
Candidates who joined GEC Thrissur and got higher option of branch change at GEC Thrissur in the 3rd allotment, should submit their 3rd phase allotment memo and should collect new Admission slip on 20/10/2022
3rd Phase Admission is scheduled from 17/10/2022 to 19/10/22

B.Tech Admission 2022-23
First Phase final allotment published and the same is available in Candidate Portal. Candidate should take the printout of the memo and the pay the required fees at Head post offices or by Online from 23/09/2022 to 26/09/2022. Those who do not pay the required fee on time, they will losse the allotment and expelled from allotment process. No need to report at college at this phase. After the the payment candidate has to login to portal and confirm the higher options. the option confirmation facility will be open till 27/09/2022 3.00PM.
