REGISTRATIOIN GUIDELINES
To avoid delays in registration, please read the entire form carefully. You may submit your completed Registration Form and the Scanned Payment Receipt of the applicable registration fee(Fee structure given below) to treasurericetest@gectcr.ac.in on or before November 13th, 2015. Please submit one form for each participant. Also, kindly upload this form as supplementary material to the conference management system while uploading camera ready paper.

INSTRUCTIONS REGARDING PAYMENT
Bank service charges should be paid by the participant While making online transfer, mention your paper id in remarks
While NEFT, mention your name and paper id in the NEFT Form
While making Bank counter payment, Ask the teller to enter your name and paper id in the remark column of the banks software. That will help us to track your payment.
Registration can only be secured and confirmed when payment has been received.
MODE OF PUBLICATION (Elsevier and IEEE Xplore)& CIRCULATION OF REGISTERED PAPERS
All the accepted papers registered with the conference will be published by the Research Publishing Services or such journals (both Print and CD media) and will be made available in the RPS Online, and will be indexed in CrossRef. In addition, they will be submitted to possible indexing in all the major indexing services like EI, ISI Web of Science, DBLP, IET Inspec, Scopus, etc.
Elsevier Procedia Technology will publish the Papers in all the streams of ICETEST - 2015, except PICC - 2015 (Power, Instrumentation, Computing & Control under Electrical discipline). Accordingly, a slight change is introduced in the Registration Fees. Hence, the Registration Fees announced in the original e-brochure stand revised. All the authors (other than those in the stream PICC - 2015;
the papers under PICC - 2015 will be published in the Proceedings of IEEE Xplore are requested to pay this amount as the Registration Fees. The additional Templates for preparation of the papers in line with Elsevier policies are introduced in the website.
Please note that the Elsevier introduced a page restriction policy that the maximum number of pages is restricted to 8. This is not because of space contraint by fiscl constraint ie, Authors may include more than 8 pages but they have to pay USD 5 / INR 350 per additional pages.
