Quotations are invited for supply and distribution of food for the “KTU Techfest ’19”

Quotations are invited for supply and distribution of food for the Technical event named “KTU Techfest ’19” to be conducted at GEC Thrissur, From 14/2/2019 to 17/2/2019

  1. The quantity, maximum rate other necessary specifications are given in the Rate sheet
  2. All the bills should be compliant with GST norms
  3. All the rates should be inclusive of GST
  4. Separate quotations are invited for food and pagoda.
  5. Green protocols should be followed strictly
  6. Food should be prepared in hygienic condition
  7. Waste management and disposal are the responsibilities of the supplier
  8. The feedback or suggestions from the diners should be compiled immediately
  9. Quality should be maintained consistently
  10. Food distribution and  dish cleaning are the responsibilities of the supplier
  11. Adequate and clean drinking water must be provided in the dining hall.
  12. Adequate ceramic plates for supplying the food and steel tumblers for drinking water should be provided by the supplier.
  13. Sealed quotations must reach Prof. Aju.S S,Asst professor, Production Engineering Department, GEC Thrissur (Chairman, Food & Green Protocol, ”KTU Tech-fest 19” ) on or before 04/02/2019 Monday  04.00 pm.
